                                         If for any reason you are not satisfied just return your unused order
                                     within 14 days of receiving it in the original packaging for a full
                                       refund less shipping charges and a 15% restocking fee. You must send the
                                     package with insurance to protect against loss. We will not accept damaged
                                     merchandise. If the merchandise is received in damaged condition a claim
                                 will be made against the shipping company to protect against loss.

                     The only exceptions to this policy are
                         personalized items and the wedding cake decorative
                       boxes. These are not returnable unless they are
                     defective from the manufacturer.
